🔁 When Are Refunds Issued?
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged or defective.
- Your order was canceled before shipping.
- Your package was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier).
To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@juicybarflavor.com, and include:
- Your full name and order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
- A description of the issue.
❌ Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, we do not offer refunds on:
- Used or opened items.
- Disposable vapes or any consumables.
- Items returned without authorization.
⏱ Processing Your Refund
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
📦 Lost or Missing Packages
If your package was marked delivered but not received:
- First, check with neighbors or your local carrier.
- Then, email us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- We will investigate with the carrier and determine next steps.

- We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of our store policies.
- Refund decisions are made at our discretion and are considered final.
